After some tasty burritos from Thunder Coffee, our last day of travel took us from Fargo, ND to Hackensack, MN. We stopped and got a frozen pizza so we would have something for lunch, but then we saw the Hatch Burrito Food Truck. We said we could put the pizza in the freezer and we stopped and got some burritos to go.
We went to Pine Point and everything looked good. We started to unload the truck. Karla put stuff away and started to clean. I worked on getting the water going. There was a problem with one of the shut off valves so I had to go to Hackensack to buy a new one. Once the new valve was installed, I got the water going without any other issues.
We go everything unloaded and took a break to eat our delicious hatch burritos.
That evening, Karla and I cleaned up and went to Rendezvous Brewing in Hackensack. We had a great evening of catching up with friends, trivia and beer. We did pretty good at trivia but we ended up one point short of first place.
