We continued our journey on Thursday through the rest of Iowa and into Minnesota. We stopped once for gas and a break. Then to Willmar, Minnesota for lunch at Foxhole Brewhouse. We had a pretty good lunch and a couple beers. We also got a couple crowlers to go. From Willmar it was only an hour to my mom’s place in St. Cloud. She is doing well and it was great to see her again and catch up.

The last leg of our journey was from St. Cloud to our place on Widow Lake (also known as Pine Point). Our trip from Cactus point was around 1,800 miles. We opened things up and turned on the power and everything looked good.

We dropped off a few things but then went to Kevin and Emily’s on Woman Lake. It was great to see them and all the updates they made at their place over the winter.

It had been another long day and I did not make it very long before going to bed.

Friday we went back to Pine Point and settled in. I got the water going and Karla did some cleaning.

Friday evening we went to Rendezvous Brewing for trivia. We joined up with our friends and teammates from last year, Kelly and Jim, and Norm, and a new teammate Beth. We had fun and a good night and took first place.
