Mostly Utah

We started with a good view outside our hotel in Springdale, Utah.

We hit the road and spent the morning driving north through Utah. For lunch we stopped at Strap Tank Brewing in Springville, UT. Good beer, good food and great services.

We decided to drive to downtown Salt Lake City. I though we would see the Salt Lake Temple but there was a lot of construction and we could not see much. So we filled up with gas and kept going. We went to Rock Springs, Wyoming and checked into the Homewood Suites. Unfortunately, the only brewpub in town is not open on Mondays. So we went to Fiesta Guadalajara for some tasty burritos. After we finished we went to Square State Brewing but they are not open on Mondays either. So we went to Bad Joker Brewing and they were open. It is a nice place, but we did not need to stay for more than one beer each. Before going back to the hotel, we stopped at Albertsons and got some beer and wine to take back to the room. I was happy to find a nice selection of Melvin and if there is any left, I may take a few home to share with friends.
We covered a lot of ground today and had some great mountain views. Not a lot of pictures, but there are few more at the link below.
