Hiking

Our last full weekend in Arizona had some nice weather so we got out and did some hiking.
On Saturday we went to Red Rock State Park. We covered at least three miles of their five miles of trails. It was cloudy but we had some good views of Cathedral Rock, the House of Apache Fire and Oak Creek.
Sunday we visited the Chapel of the Holy Cross. Below the chapel, we hiked the Mystic Trail, the Hog Wash Trail, and the Peccary Trail.
After a good lunch at Javelina Cantina, we went to the Sedona Airport Scenic Lookout a for a great view of the valley. We made the half mile hike to the Airport Mesa. I went to the top of the mesa and enjoyed the view, but I did not feel the vibes of the vortex.
