Our last few days in Bisbee were a lot of fun.
Last Tuesday we had a really good meal at the Copper Pig.
Thursday we went to the Quarry for Jason Dea West and Jenny Don’t & The Spurs.
Friday, our last night in Bisbee, we hit the town. We went out for happy hour and made one last stop at Old Bisbee Brewing. Then over to the Bisbee Grand for some snacks and a drink and then stopped at St. Elmo on the way back to our rental. After some homemade hibachi bowls we went to the Bisbee Social Club to listen to Alex Wilkerson. It was a fun night.
Saturday we packed up and checked out of our place in Bisbee. We headed north and stopped at The Perch Brewery for lunch. We had some really good food and beer. We continued north to our place in Cottonwood. It is new and big and very nice. We are only here for five nights and then we move to a second place in Cottonwood.
After we got settled, we went out to Belfry Wood Fired Grill & Brewing. It was a little disappointing. Not much of a beer selection.
Sunday, after getting some groceries, we explored some of Cottonwood. We went on a hike on the Jail Trail, we sampled some beer at That Brewery (they have some good beer) and we sampled some wine and listed to Karl Jones at Tantrum Wines.
Last night we went to the Old Town Center for the Arts for a screening of “Rolling Thunder Revue: A Bob Dylan Story”. That was awesome.
So far we like Cottonwood. We are looking forward to exploring the area.
