It is cold an rainy and snowy in northern Minnesota. By this time last year we were home. Our road is still covered with snow and ice so we have only walked in. We are staying a few miles away on Woman Lake (thanks Kevin & Emily).
This past Saturday I got my Dad’s old chainsaw and walked to our place to cut up a tree that had fallen across our driveway. I went better than I thought it would.
The snow that fell yesterday has melted but there is still a lot to go. We are looking forward to warm weather and maybe next week we will be closer to going home.
