On Sunday, we had breakfast at the Franklin Café in the Gibson Hotel in Apalachicola. The sausage gravy with my biscuits was very good. Karla had a tasty omelet but only got the peanut butter she asked for after we were done eating. After breakfast we walked around Apalachicola. Nice little town. Maybe we will return some day.
We checked out and headed towards Alabama. We stopped at Ye Olde Brothers Brewery in Navarre, Florida for lunch. Good food and beers.
It wasn’t much farther to our VRBO in Orange Beach, Alabama. It is a nice place with a lot of room to spread out. We brought our stuff in and got settled. We turned on the tv in time to see Ethan score two goals for his new team.
We have a little over three weeks in Alabama and then we head north.
