I’ve been meaning to add something here, but the days keep slipping by. It has been a little cold, so mostly we just work and stay inside. We have had some nice days and almost everything is ready for summer.

The big adventure is the construction of our pole barn. They have cleared the land. They just brought a giant backhoe and pushed the trees over. Then two guys with chainsaws cut up the trees and a fourth guy in a bobcat put the trunks in one pile (for our neighbor) and the branches and roots in another pile to take away. Then they brought in fill and leveled the location. Next is the cement slab.
