We’re here. Or, we’re there. Wherever we are, we are here for a while.

Day 6 started with a trip to the Alamo. Very cool. Great historic site. I was impressed with the history, the buildings and the stories. Still had a decent drive to S. Padre. Lots of straight stretches of 75 mph highway. We got to our VRBO just before 4:00. Lots of unpacking and finding places for everything. I forgot to take a picture of the fully loaded truck with the bikes on the back. The mileage since day 1 is 1,712 miles.

After getting settled, we went to Padre Island Brewing. Not much experimentation with their beer but it is nice to have a local brewery. And they had some decent food.

Now that we are here, there may not be many updates. Maybe if we go on a day trip or some pictures of the beach. Sorry I do not have a way to let you know when there is an update. Guess you’ll just have to check.
